Mazzella is seeking a motivated Crane Service Sales Specialist to provide technical sales and support for overhead crane service and inspections in the Cleveland area. You will generate new service opportunities by executing localized plans and working with local service branches and Account Managers.

The role requires strong sales experience, industry knowledge, and collaboration across teams to exceed regional goals and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a sales or service role.
• Willingness to stay educated in crane industry.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for crane service and inspections in territory.
• Promote service offerings using a consultative sales approach with on-site support.
• Maintain CRM records and manage leads, opportunities and accounts.
• Coordinate with management to qualify leads and follow up on quotes.
• Mentor Account Managers on crane service sales processes.
• Develop and execute localized sales plans to exceed goals.
