Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is hiring an Account Manager for the General Line in Toledo, OH. You will drive equipment and service sales within a defined territory, manage quotes, and develop key distributor and direct customer relationships to hit revenue targets.

You will train dealer personnel and collaborate with service teams to provide targeted solutions while maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring safety in the field and center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4 years’ experience in an industrial sales business setting.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue – sell equipment, service contracts, and offerings to end users and partners within a defined territory. Build existing relationships and win new accounts.
• Develop People Capabilities – train dealer sales personnel and internal teams as needed.
• Manage Cash – ensure orders are accurate, resolve disputes, and control selling costs.
• Maintain safety in field and center, follow safety rules.
• Earn Customer loyalty by collaborating cross-functionally with service teams.
• Maintain CRM records and track orders, delivery, and market feedback.
