You will build long-term contractor relationships, defend business, expand premium product adoption, and lead territory growth with cross-functional partners. 3+ years in sales plus CRM experience are required, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of progressive sales experience in building products or construction industries.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho).
• Ability to travel up to 50% in and outside local market.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand product adoption and share of wallet.
• Develop account plans and execute growth targets for key accounts.
• Conduct business reviews to assess goals and future needs.
• Translate feedback into product, pricing, and process improvements.
• Maintain CRM data and forecast account performance.
• Drive downstream demand with contractors and cross-sell opportunities.
• Partner with dealers to launch campaigns and train sales teams.
