Qualifications

• Experience in account management and corporate travel industry a plus.
• AI literacy and ability to articulate the benefits and impact to business travel.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication skills to concisely communicate key issues and results to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel 25-30%.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and coordinate short and long-term business plans and strategies for program development and maturity.
• Aggregate, analyze and communicate client feedback to support future product development initiatives.
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships by offering products and services that provide savings and revenue for Egencia.
• Conduct regular business reviews to measure progress toward travel program goals and propose improvements.
• Provide support to sales and implementations to ensure a successful program launch.
• Collaborate on tasks and projects in a team-based environment and identify opportunities to support them.
