Alexion Pharmaceuticals in Boston is seeking a Regional Account Manager for AHUS/HSCT-TMA. You’ll build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory and represent Alexion’s programs to hospitals, IDNs, and academic centers in Boston North, NH, Maine and Vermont.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty pharma or complex institutional sales, a deep understanding of healthcare systems and reimbursement, and willingness to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in specialty pharma or complex institutional sales.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and multi-stakeholder decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives in assigned territory and indications.
• Develop and execute disease-specific account plans for major centers and IDNs.
• Identify gaps in workflows and drive solutions to improve therapy adoption.
• Educate stakeholders on disease state, criteria, and therapy integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet account objectives.
