Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease is seeking a Regional Account Manager for AHUS/HSCT-TMA in the United States. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across a territory including Boston North, NH, Maine, Vermont.

You will drive adoption of aHUS/HSCT-TMA therapies through field sales execution, education, and cross-functional pull-through activities while navigating formulary and access processes and ensuring patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in specialty pharma, rare disease sales, or complex institutional selling.
• Experience navigating formulary and access processes in hospitals and IDNs.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals across territory.
• Represent AHUS/HSCT-TMA indications and drive product adoption.
• Develop disease-specific account plans for major centers and IDNs.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions to improve therapy adoption.
• Educate stakeholders on disease state, criteria, and therapy integration.
• Explain fulfillment, payer access, and reimbursement processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve account objectives.
• Create and maintain territory and indication-specific business plans.
• Travel within territory; comply with ethics and policies.
