Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease is seeking a Regional Account Manager for AHUS/HSCT‑TMA to drive adoption at major academic centers, hospitals, IDNs, and community sites. The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, education, and territory planning across Boston North and surrounding states.

You will build relationships with hematology, nephrology, transplant, pharmacy, and admin teams to advance formulary access and therapy integration, while navigating patient journeys and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in specialty pharma or rare disease sales.
• Experience navigating formulary and access processes.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals across territory.
• Represent Alexion’s aHUS and HSCT‑TMA indications to providers and drive adoption.
• Develop disease‑specific account plans for major centers and IDNs.
• Identify gaps in workflows and optimize therapy adoption.
• Educate on patient pathways, diagnostic criteria, and access processes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet account objectives.
