Job summary

ESO is seeking a Regional Account Executive for EMS/Fire (West) to drive new business in the Fire EMS market. This is a remote role supporting the central and western United States, with up to 50% travel and responsibility for developing a regional sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop & manage a sales pipeline for assigned named accounts in a region of the United States.
• Develop strategic sales strategies and plans tailored to prospective agencies or departments.
• Prospect new business targets through regional engagement, onsite meetings, trade shows, and networking with key decision makers and industry partners.
• Demonstrate ESO products through meetings, sales presentations, and engagement of subject matter experts.
• Develop and progress sales opportunities that address the specific needs of the client.
• Lead and support contract negotiations driving sales opportunities to closure.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage pipeline accordingly.
• Work effectively within CRM by documenting, updating, and utilizing tools and data.
