Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a driven Account Executive to support and grow our independent dealer network across the Western U.S. This home-based role covers the Northwest region with up to 75% travel, collaborating with dealer principals, sales reps, and end-user customers to drive Canon visibility and revenue.

You will leverage Canon’s hardware, software, and financing programs, lead quarterly business reviews, and expand dealer partnerships while delivering ROI-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience in sales and/or marketing supporting industry-specific products.
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, technical product and workflow knowledge to assist the Dealer Sales Channel and End User Customers with detailed analysis and recommended Canon hardware and software solutions
• Travel: 3–4 business days, 2–3 times per month, with a minimum of three dealer visits per week
• Preferred: Resides in the Northwestern States Region (e.g., Washington, Oregon, Idaho)
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and driving growth in complex sales environments
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence dealer and customer decision-makers
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives at dealers and end-user accounts, presenting sales strategies, ROI discussions, and technical workflow analysis
• Must be able to accommodate up to 75% overnight travel

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow revenue within an assigned portfolio of independent Canon dealers
• Conduct frequent in-field visits (3-4 days per week) to strengthen relationships and drive sales activity
• Lead joint sales efforts on large deals and major account opportunities; participate in end-user sales calls
• Deliver strategic quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with top dealers, providing performance insights and growth planning
• Promote and support Canon's full portfolio: Hardware (imageFORCE, imageRUNNER ADVANCE, Production, Large Format, imageCLASS, Printers, Scanners); Software (uniFLOW, Therefore, PRISMA); Programs (Canon Financial Services, CSMP, Canon Academy Training)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Analysts, LFS Specialists, and Marketing to maximize territory performance
• Identify and engage potential new dealers to expand Canon's footprint
• Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and dealer feedback to internal stakeholders
