Job Summary

The Regional Account Executive (RAE) is responsible for selling Cash Depot’s hardware, software, and other services/products as assigned by the RVP. This requires regular travel, interaction, and follow-up with existing and new customers. The RAE will be assigned a geographic area and is responsible for revenue growth for the region. The RAE will also participate in other sales-related activities to improve productivity and effectiveness, as directed by the RVP, including forecasting, demand planning, analysis, sales process optimization, sales training, and other projects.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain regional account and opportunity plans with measurable goals, objectives, and action plans as directed by the RVP.
  • Submit weekly reports on ongoing sales activities.
  • Manage the sales process: identify opportunities, manage the funnel and forecast, negotiate to close, and drive deployment of solutions. Maintain a contact list for key customers and prospects.
  • Understand customer’s business objectives and align Cash Depot solutions to meet their needs, positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during presales and post-sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to enhance business value.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Assist the RVP with market data including market size, share, forecasting, and product development needs.
  • Build strong internal relationships across departments.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications, meetings, and events.
  • Attend industry trade shows as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and Sales Management, preferably in the Convenience Store and/or Food Retail industries.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Zoominfo, RocketReach, Hubspot, Salesforce.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in writing sales proposals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to foster cooperative relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Travel required (up to 75%).
Physical and Work Environment

Regular talking, hearing, sitting, standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and occasionally lifting/moving 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities are required. Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime and travel.
