Compensation

This is a base salary plus commission position. Expected first-year income ranges from $150K to $200K, with potential to earn more. 80% of our sellers have reached their quota over the last five years.

Job Summary

As a Regional Account Executive for the Alabama territory, you will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities. This role involves proactively identifying and pursuing potential customers, working closely with internal partners to maximize sales, and expanding our market presence by positioning our perimeter security solutions as the preferred choice for commercial and industrial businesses.

Your daily activities will include conducting site visits, delivering product presentations both in person and virtually, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires strategy, persistence, and the ability to connect with customers to drive growth and long-term success.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to generate and qualify leads, maintaining a healthy prospect pool
  • Process-oriented and coachable
  • Ability to succeed in a fully remote environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Willingness to make numerous prospecting and in-person calls daily
  • Excellent closing and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic
  • Clean driving record
