Job summary

Kerecis seeks a Regenerative Surgical Specialist in Detroit to lead direct sales across hospitals and clinics, focusing on OR-based solutions such as SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide. You will build relationships with surgeons, drive territory revenue, and support education initiatives.

You will report to the Regional Business Director, travel as needed, and maintain CRM data in Pipedrive to forecast and plan go-to-market actions with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, science, or medical field.
• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven ability to develop new hospital business and close large contracts.
• High-energy, flexible, results-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in multinational teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide in designated territory.
• Grow revenues with new accounts and expand within existing ones.
• Educate OR staff and clinicians on products and in-services.
• Report sales and forecasts using Pipedrive and planning tools.
• Maintain customer information in CRM and ensure ethical standards.
• Support go-to-market strategy with Regional Business Director.
