Kerecis is seeking a Regenerative Surgical Specialist to drive sales in Helena and Billings, MT. You will partner with hospitals and surgical teams to introduce SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide, while building new accounts and expanding existing ones.

The role demands a high-energy, strategic sales professional with OR experience, capable of educating customers on reimbursement, delivering in-services, and providing actionable market insights to shape the go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience in operating rooms.
• Proven ability to develop new hospital business and close large contracts.
• Experience educating customers on reimbursement and product value.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide in operating rooms and clinics.
• Develop new accounts while expanding revenue within existing accounts.
• Conduct in-services and education with OR staff; coordinate with purchasers.
• Report sales and forecasts using CRM and planning tools.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM; inform on reimbursement.
• Support go-to-market strategy and travel to corporate offices as needed.
