Job summary

Kerecis is seeking a Regenerative Surgical Specialist to cover Western CT / Mid-Hudson Valley. You will partner with hospitals and operating rooms to sell SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide, building new accounts and expanding within existing ones.

This role reports to the Territory Regional Business Director and requires frequent travel, a proven medical sales record, and the ability to educate OR staff and procurement on clinical value and reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Business, Science, or Medical field.
• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven experience developing new business in hospitals and closing large contracts.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a multinational environment.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis products (SurgiClose, SurgiBind, GraftGuide) in OR accounts.
• Develop revenues; focus on new and expanded hospital accounts.
• Conduct in-services and education with OR staff and procurement.
• Report sales and forecasts using Pipedrive and other tools.
• Maintain customer information in Pipedrive and educate on reimbursement.
• Utilize marketing and sales tools to support accounts.
• Assist Regional Business Director on go-to-market strategy.
• Travel to corporate offices and meetings; travel varies by territory.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
