Job summary

Kerecis is seeking a Regenerative Surgical Specialist to drive sales in the Minneapolis/Rochester, MN territory. You will engage with hospitals and operating rooms, educate staff on Kerecis products, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

The role requires 5+ years in medical sales, experience selling to surgeons, and the ability to travel frequently within the territory. You will report to the Regional Business Director and work within the Direct Sales team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven experience developing new business in hospitals and closing large-scale contracts.
• Strong strategic and analytical approach to sales planning and execution.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide to hospitals and ORs within the designated territory.
• Educate customers on reimbursement for Kerecis products where applicable.
• Report sales and forecasts using CRM tools and maintain customer data in the CRM.
• Assist in go-to-market strategy development for the territory.
• Collaborate with OR staff and purchasing to deliver in-services and education.
