Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, science or medical field.
• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably with operating rooms.
• Proven success creating new hospital business and closing large contracts.
• High energy, creative, flexible, results oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide in the designated territory.
• Grow revenues with new accounts and deepen existing relationships.
• Educate OR staff and surgeons on products and reimbursement.
• Report sales and forecasts using Pipedrive and CRM tools.
• Maintain customer data in CRM and participate in GTM strategy.
• Travel to corporate offices and meetings; adapt to geography.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with policies.
