Job summary

The Regenerative Surgical Specialist at Kerecis Limited works with hospitals and clinics in the designated territory to grow adoption of SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide in operating rooms.

You will manage new and existing accounts, educate OR staff about products and reimbursement, and report forecasts using Pipedrive. Travel is required to corporate offices and meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medical sales, preferably in operating rooms.
• Proven ability to develop new business in hospitals and close large contracts.
• Experience calling on surgeons and educating OR staff.
• Self-motivated, adaptable and results oriented.
• Strong strategic and analytical approach to sales.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multinational environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kerecis SurgiClose, SurgiBind, and GraftGuide in designated territory.
• Develop revenues with new accounts and deepen existing ones.
• Educate OR staff and surgeons about products and reimbursement.
• Report sales and forecasts using Pipedrive and other tools.
• Maintain customer data in CRM system.
• Assist Regional Director on go-to-market strategy for accounts/territory.
• Travel to company offices and meetings; travel varies by geography.
• Adhere to ethics and applicable laws and company policies.
