Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regs Winder for the 2nd shift at our Nacogdoches, TX facility. You will operate and set up coil winding machines to produce Main, PT, and Reactor coils, interpret specifications, and ensure proper insulation, labeling, and quality checks.

Responsibilities include handling parts, inputting data, maintaining safety protocols, and participating in continuous improvement. Overtime may be required; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret winding specifications and setup machines.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Follows safety protocols including LOTO and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Set up winding machines per specifications and setup screens.
• Wind coils at required rate and document output.
• Label coils with IDs and part numbers, input data into the control system.
• Perform measurement, adjustments, and quality checks on winded coils.
• Oversee safe operation of equipment and maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
