Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Production Support Operator for the 3rd shift in Nacogdoches, TX. You will perform coil winding tasks across multiple stations, verify materials, and prepare kits for winding operations.

Responsibilities include welding leads, loading coils for baking, operating forklifts and cranes, and ensuring inventory accuracy while following LOTO and safety guidelines. Benefits start day one, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates attention to detail and effective communication.
• Adheres to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math for measurements and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across ovens, kitting, paper cutter/slitting, set up, hot press/squeeze & bake, and material handling.
• Verify size, part number, condition, and quantity of issued materials.
• Match coils and cores, collect parts from kitting, and retrieve leads from welding area.
• Prepare, collect, and distribute materials needed for coil winding to operators.
• Assemble kits for coil orders and stock bins with coil materials.
