Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience or education in manufacturing, military, or related field.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position; no CPT/OPT/STEM OPT.
• Within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI facility to be eligible.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret winding specification documents.
• Find coil number, quantity and revision; record on coil and labor forms.
• Install and adjust devices on winding machine to meet window sizing specs.
• Load strip, conductor and insulating paper to dereeling mechanisms.
• Measure materials and verify proper alignment; adjust as needed.
• Complete two-week welding and brazing training at WCTC.
