Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Support Operator for the Nacogdoches, TX facility on 3rd shift. You will support coil winding production across multiple stations, verify parts, assemble kits, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.

This role emphasizes safety, adherence to LOTO and OSHA guidelines, 5S+ housekeeping, and continuous improvement. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work a 3rd shift with overtime as needed.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across winding-related work stations and material handling.
• Verify size, part numbers, and quantity of issued materials.
• Assemble kits and stock bins with coil materials.
• Operate equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
• Follow LOTO, PPE, and OSHA safety guidelines.
