Job summary

Tive is seeking a Refurb Operations Associate in Boston, MA. In this role, you will process material for refurbishment as part of Tive's Green program and assist the Operations Associate level II with tasks like sorting and inventory management. The candidate should have experience following procedures, coordinate effectively with team members, and be able to lift 30 pounds. Refurb Operations Associate

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience following written procedures
• The ability to coordinate with team members quickly and clearly
• The ability to lift 30 pounds

What you’ll be doing:

• Process material for refurbishment as part of the Tive Green program (including the following):
  • Loading and unloading charging bays
  • Cleaning and preparing returned units for processing
  • Packaging units for use
  • Receiving material into the ERP system, as needed
  • Support process improvement activities for the Refurbishment and Tive Green programs.
• Assist Operations Associate level II, as needed:
  • Sorting incoming material for receiving
  • Completing processing tasks under direction
  • Assisting in routine inventory management
