This role involves working closely with Sales Account Managers, Product Management, and other internal teams to ensure timely processing of sales orders and to support both domestic and international customers in the industrial and medical sectors.

Qualifications

Operations / Sales Support Professional

Teguar Corporation is expanding and we are looking for an Operations / Sales Support professional to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with internal teams—including Sales Account Managers and Reps, Product Management, Technical Services, and Accounting—and a combination of domestic and international customers and vendors leading in industrial and medical technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and production functions.
• Review and process stock and customized sales orders to meet customer specifications.
• Ensure timely processing of sales orders, submit purchase orders as necessary, manage product movement, and maintain clear communication with all relevant parties.
• Provide direct support to industrial and medical customers, enabling them to succeed by setting realistic timelines and ensuring orders are fulfilled on schedule.

Core Competencies

• Order processing and/or purchasing experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record of successful problem solving in a group setting.
• Ability to juggle a high volume of orders while handling occasional projects.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• Effective communication with all levels and partners, from Engineer to Buyer to Purchasing Manager.
• Strong drive for project completion and deadlines with the ability to resolve processing errors and remove roadblocks creatively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make processes more efficient.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate work for maximum efficiency.

Requirements
