Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of Production

• Receiving & Handling: Verify incoming deliveries against orders, label and allocate products, and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
• Device Processing: Clean, test, grade, and value-add to electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution.
• Cleaning: External inspection, sanitizing, and removal of non-original labels.
• Testing: Functional testing, data wiping, and troubleshooting of devices.
• Grading: Assessing physical condition and categorizing devices using a standardized grading system.
• Value‑Adding: Enhancing device features or services to increase value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent accuracy and quality control.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high‑paced and at times stressful environment.

Work Environment

Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones, or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector on to the production floor.
