Job summary

Tive, Inc. in Boston is looking for a Refurb Operations Associate to support the Tive Green program by refurbishing devices and ensure materials move smoothly through the refurb process.

You will follow written procedures, coordinate with teammates, lift up to 30 pounds, and assist with sorting, processing, and routine inventory tasks. This on-site role offers the chance to contribute to a greener supply chain and join a collaborative global team.

Responsibilities

• Process material for refurbishment as part of the Tive Green program (including loading and unloading charging bays, cleaning and preparing returned units for processing, packaging units for use, receiving material into the ERP system, as needed)
• Support process improvement activities for the Refurbishment and Tive Green programs.
• Assist Operations Associate level II, as needed.
• Sorting incoming material for receiving.
• Completing processing tasks under direction.
• Assisting in routine inventory management.

As the Refurb Operations Associate, you will help us grow and improve the Tive Green program. This initiative is designed to consciously reduce waste generated by the shipping and logistics industry. Through relentless iteration we aim to make the lifecycle of our product environmentally friendly through reuse. Your work in this role will allow our program to accept and refurbish a larger number of devices with care and efficiency.
