Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Caseworker to provide trauma-informed services to refugees and ORR-qualified immigrants, supporting positive integration and client self-sufficiency. You will collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external partners to design service plans utilizing financial, medical, social, vocational, and other resources in line with program requirements.

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work or related field.
• 2+ years of case management experience in social services.
• Ability to drive 15-passenger van and travel within service area.

• Perform eligibility screenings for referrals and enrollment.
• Input client data into databases and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with coworkers and partners to connect clients with services.
