Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Experience with diverse cultures.
• Valid driver’s license and approval by the Catholic Diocese of Charlotte; insurance coverage on personal vehicles used for employment.

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing case coordination; conducts intake interviews and assesses needs of participants; develops service plans.
• Advocates for participants and connects them to social services and employment opportunities.
• Maintains case files and required documentation per CMIS and State Refugee Office systems.
• Conducts home visits to address health, safety, and job preparedness; transports participants as needed.
• Maintains relationships with staff and external resources to coordinate services and provide advocacy.
• Represents the refugee program and the Agency in the community; responds to inquiries.
