Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for a caseload of refugees and migrants in the Long-Term Case Management program.
• Develop Self-Sufficiency Plans (SSP) and assess client needs; document progress in electronic records.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote long-term self-sufficiency and integration.
• Respond to crises with appropriate resources and maintain ethical boundaries.
