Job summary

World Relief Western Washington (WRWW) seeks a Support and Integration Caseworker to help refugees and immigrants navigate long-term self-sufficiency and community integration. The role provides trauma-informed, strengths-based case management and coordinates referrals to essential resources within a holistic framework.

The position collaborates with staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure timely, dignified support and aligns with WRWW’s strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with diverse groups and learn new programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing case management to support self-sufficiency and integration.
• Household and youth-focused services in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
• Conduct intake, develop service plans, and coordinate referrals and access to benefits.
