Job summary

World Relief is seeking a dynamic staff member for our Western Washington Thurston County Office. The role focuses on mobilizing local churches and faith communities to support refugees and immigrants, while assisting with public relations, marketing, and fundraising.

You will train and deploy volunteers to serve in the community. The position is hybrid with 4 days in the office and one day from home, offering opportunities to engage diverse partners and grow in mission-driven leadership within

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith and alignment with World Relief core beliefs.
• Experience in public engagement, fundraising, or outreach.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize local churches and faith communities to support refugees and immigrants.
• Assist with public relations, marketing, and fundraising efforts.
• Train, deploy, and support volunteers in Thurston County.
• Represent WRWW at community events and public forums.
• Coordinate communications and social media for targeted campaigns.
