Job summary

World Relief seeks an Integration & Stability Programs Caseworker to support refugees and immigrants as they rebuild in a new community. You will provide strengths-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed case management, assess needs, develop service plans, coordinate referrals, and ensure access to essential resources for long-term self-sufficiency.

You will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and partners, maintain confidential records, and monitor progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-cultural settings and with preliterate or non-native English speakers.
• Trauma-informed case management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with detailed record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake and assess eligibility.
• Develop individualized service plans and coordinate referrals.
• Provide ongoing case management addressing housing, employment, health care, education, and benefits.
• Offer orientation to community resources and U.S. systems.
• Maintain accurate case files and secure data entry.
