Bethany Christian Services is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to provide culturally competent case management for refugee and immigrant minors and foster families. You will conduct assessments, oversee home studies, and maintain thorough documentation in our systems.

Travel and court appearances may be required. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services from an accredited college.
• Master’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior case management experience in child and family services preferred.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide culturally competent case management services while maintaining caseloads per contract terms and agency expectations.
• Assess placements for refugee and immigrant minors, including interviews and home studies.
• Complete and document reports, case notes, and contacts in the database within required timeframes.
• Assess safety and suitability of placements using welfare principles and best practices.
• Attend weekly supervisor meetings to discuss cases and review plans.
