Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a Foster Care Case Manager to support children in foster care and their families. You will collaborate with foster parents, attorneys, therapists, and other providers to ensure the child’s safety and well-being.

The role involves court hearings, documentation, and coordination of treatment plans. A bachelor's degree in human services and at least one year of case management experience are preferred, with state certifications as required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of case management experience in child and family services preferred.
• Knowledge of state resources and services for children in care.

Aufgaben

• Provide case management services to children in foster care.
• Attend and testify at court hearings as necessary.
• Maintain contact with attorneys, therapists, CASA workers, and other providers.
• Maintain current client records, case files, and medical/therapy notes.
• Comply with reporting guidelines established by the organization and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate treatment plans and communicate with all involved providers.
