Responsibilities

• Provide case management including assessment, testing, counseling, and regular client follow-up.
• Engage in job development by building employer relationships to support placement and retention.
• Assist with job placement and monitor ongoing retention.
• Maintain timely client records and MIS documentation.
• Represent the agency professionally with stakeholders and partners.
• Lead employment-related classroom activities and workshops.
• Assist clients with resume prep, cover letters, and interview prep.
• Collaborate with ESL instructors and volunteers to support client services.
• Address barriers to employment in one-on-one or group settings.
