Job summary

Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains seeks a Program Manager to lead the Refugee & Asylee services in the Denver area. You will supervise a team of direct service staff and ensure holistic, trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically appropriate delivery of services.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs, ensure program compliance, and support client self-sufficiency through resettlement activities.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of supervisory experience with quality assurance, program monitoring, compliance, and performance assessment.
• Experience in case management, employment services, or social work.
• Experience in Refugee resettlement or Refugee services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of direct services staff, providing supervision and performance evaluation.
• Coordinates resettlement activities including housing, orientation, employment, and access to benefits.
• Monitors service delivery and ensures program compliance and quality assurance.
• Oversees intake and development of individual resettlement plans with clients.
• Tracks program data and reports to ensure compliance with regulations and policy.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to support client outcomes.
