Qualifications

• Experience providing case management to individuals in crisis (preferably in Colorado).
• Knowledge of refugee resettlement processes and resources.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work across cultures and with diverse client groups.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in writing and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate and resource for refugee clients with equitable treatment.
• Develop Plans of Care to achieve mental health goals with collaboration.
• Screen referred clients to identify appropriate services and referrals.
• Provide crisis navigation and psychoeducational support to clients.
• Facilitate access to translation and interpretation as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver team-based crisis case management.
• Maintain timely, accurate client notes and reporting.
• Participate in community outreach and staff trainings.
