Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or two years of college. High school diploma with two years of transferable experience may be considered.
• Experience navigating community resources, referrals, and enrollment processes.
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and client records.

Responsibilities

• Assist refugees to obtain employment by conducting assessments and employment planning.
• Provide pre-employment coaching and resume support.
• Expand and maintain employer partnerships for diverse opportunities.
• Coordinate transportation assistance and support services as needed.
• Maintain client records and progress toward career goals.
• Follow up with employers to ensure successful placements.
• Travel as required to meet program needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
