Job summary

Christensen is seeking a Territory Manager to drive account growth across a designated US territory. You will manage relationships with c-stores and truck stops, deliver monthly growth plans, and coordinate with credit, promotions, and loyalty programs.

The role requires strong account management skills, proven sales success, and excellent communication. This position offers a base salary with commission, remote flexibility, and travel to assigned regions including Tucson coverage.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field and 5+ years sales/account management experience.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and hit sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships to drive Net Promoter Score through weekly in-person visits.
• Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/annual growth plans and initiatives.
• Collaborate with credit to manage territory accounts receivable.
• Ensure customers utilize oil company promotions and loyalty programs.
• Prospect fuel accounts and pass leads to build a dynamic pipeline.
• Work with Business Development Manager to move prospects to close the sales cycle.
