Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in C-Store or retail management preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and provide customer service excellence.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the store, including profits and all controllable expenses (labor, inventory, cash).
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent service.
• Schedule and manage labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns and targets.
• Implement procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, and well-kept.
• Place product orders on schedule to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand.
• Monitor gasoline competitors, send price surveys, and complete daily paperwork.
• Monitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive-offs daily.
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends.
• Execute monthly promotions and ensure advertising/signage is posted on time.
• Enforce safety and security issues reporting; adhere to policies in handbook.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
