Job summary

Retif Oil & Fuel, an established distributor of fuel and lubricants, seeks a proven outside salesperson to grow business with current and prospective customers. You will build relationships, present solutions, and develop strategies to secure opportunities across transportation, construction, marine, and retail sectors.

The role requires developing sales plans, traveling to meet clients, and collaborating with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to deliver value and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's degree, military service, or 3+ years of outside sales experience required.
• 3+ years of petroleum, chemical, or other industrial sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent written and verbal skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn contact management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Secure business opportunities from existing and prospective customers through a consultative needs-based approach
• Inspire, motivate, and engage commitment from prospects to understand the offering for their long-term needs
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships to generate new business
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through CheckPoint CRM
• Master value sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
