Facility Management Corporation, known as “FMC Ice Sports,” was established in 1992 to deliver high-quality ice sport facility management, operations, and ice-based programs that benefit communities and promote interest in hockey and skating. We are the largest operator of public arenas in the United States, managing 25 arenas across Massachusetts in partnership with the Commonwealth, municipalities, and educational institutions.
Working under the VP of Maintenance and Operations, the Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining arena refrigeration systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, fan motors, fans, and expansion valves. Responsibilities include routine preventative maintenance to ensure efficient operation and prevent deterioration of building systems. The technician will work independently and as part of a team, with work hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays to meet facility needs.
Part-time or full-time hours available. Company vehicle provided.
