About The Role

As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Engineer, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, responsible for support, preventive maintenance, and repairs.

Start your day from home and dispatch to area retail locations.

Company Vehicle, Phone, And Gas Card For Mobile Positions.

Region covered will be in Philadelphia PA

What You’ll Do
  • Impact customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and other related teams.
  • Conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Solve equipment failures, determine modifications, and apply expertise to maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related electrical and plumbing systems.
  • Perform repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance, and document all maintenance and repairs.
  • Operate company-issued vehicles responsibly.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of HVAC principles and procedures to complex tasks and problem-solving.
  • Coach and share your HVAC knowledge with others.
  • Lead by example, build consensus, and work towards CBRE RISE values.
  • Ensure high-quality work and efficiency.
  • Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of relevant experience. Experience and education combined may be considered. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including stooping, standing, walking, climbing, and lifting over 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to consider innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Mathematical skills to handle calculations involving percentages, fractions, etc.
