Copeland is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our Cold Chain Technical Sales team. This role focuses on OEM customers, applying Copeland HVACR and lighting controls to end-user applications, in a hybrid remote/onsite setup across the US.

You will partner with Account Executives, learn our controls portfolio, and influence design, programming, and deployment while traveling up to 40–50% to support customers and projects.

Qualificações

• BS degree in Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2 years in food retail/foodservice product development/engineering/field service/technical support.
• Knowledge of Copeland control systems for Food Retail/Foodservice (e.g., E3, Site Supervisor, distributed controls).
• Hands-on experience with Food Retail/Foodservice Building Management Software.
• Travel up to 40-50%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted customer partner and technical SME for refrigeration, HVAC and lighting controls and applicable services.
• OEM application expert.
• Understand controls and services market trends and competitive capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales to engage customers and involve Solution Architecture, PM, Systems Engineering as needed.
• Create high level technical requirements for new OEM opportunities (BOM, 3rd party integrations, control panels, programming files, distributed controllers, field services).
• Collaborate with Copeland execution teams to ensure successful deployment of controls and services.
• Land, implement and expand phases of the sales cycle.
