Qualifications

• Experience: 3 months in industrial maintenance, ammonia refrigeration maintenance or related trade school.
• Education: completion of an industrial maintenance or ammonia refrigeration maintenance certification.
• Proficiency in reading and writing.
• Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and communicate across management levels.
• Physical requirements as described, with reasonable accommodations if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electric pallet moving equipment and refrigeration systems.
• Maintain building and grounds, batteries, battery chargers, and related equipment.
• Train in Hazmat and safety procedures and remain respirator certified.
• Adhere to Tyson policies and procedures and complete required training.
• Fill work orders in Tyson SAP and document daily activities.
