Phillips 66 is seeking a Pump & Engine Mechanic for the Borger Refinery to maintain rotating equipment and troubleshoot pumps, turbines, gears, and compressors. You will install and align equipment to industry standards and support maintenance activities across the refinery.

The role requires working 8–12 hour shifts, potential on-call duties, and willingness to operate in confined spaces and hazardous environments. Strong mechanical skills and safety awareness are essential.

Formación

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work 8–12 hour shifts, weekends, nights and overtime.
• Able to read and follow safety procedures and manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Remove, troubleshoot, and repair various pumps, turbines, gear boxes, fans, blowers, mixers, engines, and compressors.
• Repair mechanical seals and packing.
• Align equipment using dial indicators or laser alignment.
• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic tools and manual equipment.
• Perform tasks in confined spaces and at height with fall protection.
