Job summary

Phillips 66’s Borger Refinery is seeking a Maintenance Leadoff to lead hands-on maintenance across piping, vessels and tanks. You will operate cranes and forklifts, read engineered drawings, and ensure safe execution of tasks in confined spaces and at height.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, legal work status in the U.S., and a valid driver’s license. Start at $50.49/hour with potential to top $54.58/hour within 48 months, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have legal work status in the United States
• Willingness to work extended shifts, weekends/holidays
• Able to work in confined spaces and at height
• Able to lift 50 pounds and wear required PPE
• Willingness to obtain necessary permits to work

Responsibilities

• Install and remove piping and components, rigging, work on vessels, exchangers, towers and tanks
• Operate motorized and manual equipment (cranes, manlifts, forklifts)
• Read and interpret engineered drawings
• Perform tasks in confined spaces and at heights with fall protection and PPE
• Obtain permits to work and follow safety procedures
