Phillips 66 Company in Borger, TX seeks a Laboratory Technician for our Borger Refinery. The role performs chemical analyses in a quality control laboratory on a 12-hour rotating shift, including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays. An online assessment may be required after application submission.

Responsibilities include running analyses, data entry, and maintaining laboratory safety. The role demands the ability to lift, climb stairs, and work around heavy machinery, with relevant PPE

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; legal right to work in the U.S.
• 12-hour rotating shift including days/nights/weekends/holidays.
• Willingness to perform overtime and on-call duties.
• Ability to work with chemicals and PPE requirements.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and permits.

Responsabilités

• Run chemical analyses in a quality control lab.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment.
• Enter and retrieve data in computer systems.
• Collaborate with plant engineers and maintenance teams.
• Adhere to safety and chemical handling protocols.
