Job summary

RigUp is seeking a Construction Manager to lead refinery capital, maintenance, reliability, and improvement projects from initial planning through final completion. This hybrid role spans project development and construction management for portfolios valued up to $10 million.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Turnaround teams, directing safe, compliant execution while managing scope, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in manufacturing or 5+ years with a Bachelor's in Engineering.
• Experience in maintenance, construction management, or engineering.
