Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within a refinery or petrochemical operating facility.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering and drafting/design teams.
• Strong understanding of refinery operations, turnaround activities, and capital project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital and expense projects within the refinery.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Construction, and Safety teams.
