Marathon Martinez Renewables Facility in Martinez, California is seeking a Refinery Operations Shift Supervisor to manage shift execution, safety and production plan adherence. The role covers rotating 12-hour shifts with after-hours support and outage coverage.

The candidate will oversee operations across RF, PC Logistics, or Cogen areas, lead safety culture, and mentor staff while coordinating with multiple teams to sustain performance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have at least four (4) years of experience as an oil refining operator or renewables facility operator.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be able to wear PPE in the refinery and pass hair drug test and physical.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Travel requirement is 5%.

• Drives implementation of the production plan and monitors unit status.
• Optimizes unit performance and coordinates with other units and departments.
• Supports equipment care and condition monitoring for reliability goals.
• Manages operator scheduling and ensures policy compliance.
• Develops proficiency with internal systems and communicates across site levels.
